I recently chatted up a new friend of mine, Swat, that struggles with finding size 13 shoes. What she expressed, which I'm sure many of you have felt if you have a larger foot, is the dreaded experience of shoe shopping. We both agreed there were fewer options as she moved of the foot ladder.

For example, size 10's and 11's have about 15-20 options to choose from (hypothetically speaking) at the store or online. Conversely, size 12 and 13 are almost nonexistent.
I walked away from the convo with a sense of sadness, yet determination. I want to reclaim the love of shoes for larger foot women. It should not be a penalty or chosen what we wear. There should be options, several. Just like men, but that's another talk show.
