Click Flash (Spotlight):Tom Ford

Not only is Tom Ford a freaking hunk but he creates the most beautiful clothing. The masses are raving about him, thanks to Jay Z's Tom Ford track on his latest album, "The Magna Carta: Holy Grail."  Take a look at his fall/winter boots-to-kill below.

Such a blast, right?! These boots were made for walking. I love the sequin embellishments of gusto green, flirty pink, and potent purples all relaxing on a dominant blue backdrop. This beauty has a cone-shaped heel and an open toe.

Momma bought a new pair of shoes!

I'm headed to New York in a couple of weeks, but I can't strut my stuff without having a stylish and much appropriate walking shoe. Ideally, when trekking through the crowded summer streets of NYC you want comfort: wedges, comfy flats or a heel you've broken into this pass season. However, my shoes are either to high or business casual or sneakers. No happy median...mainly because I have a large foot.

While doing some online shoe "research" (a.k.a. shoe shopping) I found the perfect shoe for my life in the City. See below...

The chunky heel with a platform is where it's at for walking. Not to mention the trendy iridescent strap seals the deal.

Lunch!!! Jerome Rousseau

Jerome Rousseau has just become most of you girl's new best friend. He is an awesome footwear designer from Quebec. Additionally, he's works with the likes of Matthew Williamson, John Rocha and John Richmond during his design venture for the past ten years. Furthermore, he launched in 2010 and has been creating unique designs ever since.

“I initially think in terms of shape, silhouette and structure when I design.  It’s later on that I bring fashion in the equation”. Rousseau said.

What a lovely peripheral view of a color-block, t-strap, cap-toe heel. This shoe has so much dimension and can be worn with a party dress or a pair of jeans. Bravo.

Lunch!!!! Alejandro Ingelmo

Alejandro Ingelmo

It's that time of year to pull out your OTK (over-the-knee) boots, riders, and moccasins. Just take a mere moment to stare at the architecture of this Alejandro Ingelmo bootie while on your lunch break. High-collared shoes have been all the rage for the past two seasons on runways and high-end department stores. Also, Inglemo staggered collared bootie has a futuristic mood about it that takes me to the next level.
